We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a good time overall. The location was great, within walking distance of the town's main attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the complimentary public transit passes that were provided.

There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom had a funky smell. The bed was uncomfortable, and we had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the nearby road.

Spacious junior suite, comfortable bed, amazing shower, quality linens, professional and caring staff, delicious breakfast.

I had a fabulous stay in a lovely hotel with spacious and beautifully appointed rooms. The comfortable bed and amazing shower were just what I needed to rest. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner superb, with an amazing wine list. The location is central to transport everywhere in Switzerland and the gardens and conservatory were beautiful. The staff were professional, caring and friendly. The focus on local produce and home-grown products was a plus, and the owner spent a decent amount of time introducing the hotel and showed us around.
